In order do achieve what 95% of the population has not you must be willing to do what most people are not willing to do. Build and encourage yourself. Turn a deaf ear to nay Sayers who are tied to a JOB remaining Just over Broke they.

If you are not passionate about your product or service your prospects and potential customers will smell your unbelief . You should retain your vision but you may need to change the product or service you promote.Find something that you love and enjoy.

If you can have patience building the dreams and goals of your employer honor yourself in the same manner. Remember Success Is Planned So Is Failure

5 Simple Steps To The Top Of Your Compensation Plan

OK…So you’re tired, frustrated and almost ready to give up on your dreams? Well, don’t. Instead, take a deep breath, relax. You’ve found what you’ve been looking for.
You want to get to the top of your company’s compensation plan? Here are 5 simple steps that will get you there.
Step 1. Make Up Your Mind.
You may think you’ve made up your mind to get to the top, but you haven’t. You’ll know when you do. If you’ve not decided consciously to get to the top, chances are you won’t. Make up your mind about it. Think about it. How will getting to the top of your compensation plan change your life? Will your family be affected? How? No, really, think about it. Once you’ve thought about it, if you still want it, then make up your mind. A mind made up will not waver easily. So whatever happens, DON’T change your mind. This is a solid promise to yourself and the beginning of a miracle.
Step 2. Write It Down.
Writing this goal down engages your mind, emotions and actions. This builds your commitment to get to the top. Your mind thinks it, your heart feels, your body acts it. Take this seriously. Use a notebook you like or a fancy paper. Make sure to put the date on it. Each day, take some time to write it out and read it. Write it in the present tense. Write ” I’m a …in XYZ company”. Be sure to use “I am”.
Step 3. Pretend It.
Do you day dream? Yes, you do. Create a day dream about your goal to get to the top of your compensation plan. Let’s do it now. Relax your body, mind and emotions. Pretend that you’re at the top, this moment. Watch a movie of you in your mind. You hear your name called, you see thousands of reps and hear their thunderous applause. You feel the excitement. Smile, yes smile big. You’re at the top and lovin’ it. Day dream for about 10 minutes or more. The best times to pretend this way are when you wake up and just before you go to sleep. This will explode your belief.
Step 4. Work Your Plan.
Plan your work and work your plan. Decide on the actions you’ll take daily to get to the top. Then take these actions. Be honest with yourself. Do you know what actions you need to take? Do you need some skills? Your actions should be in the areas of Prospecting, Presenting, and Closing. Don’t forget personal development. When you plan your work and work your plan, you move in the direction of your goal. Give this your best shot every day.
Step 5. Let Go, Let Gratitude.
When you make up your mind, write it down, pretend it, work your plan, you’ve done your part. Really you have. Simply count your blessings and give thanks for them. Let the miracle work it self out. Don’t fret or worry. Be at peace and know you’re at the top. Give thanks for other areas of your life. Help others in gratitude. Let go. Let gratitude flow in your life. Even in the way you treat other people and react to situations. There’s no where for you to go but the top.
These simple steps have helped a lot of people get to the top of their compensation plans. They can help you too. You must practice the steps persistently and consistently. Just make up your mind, write it down, pretend it, work your plan, and let go, let gratitude.
Cheers!

MLM Plan for Success

When you join a top MLM Network Marketing opportunity, you get presented with all the blueprints to work your new home biz. Usually on this MLM plan there are several ways for you to go about running your new home biz opportunity.

There are benefits and negatives of following a MLM plan. If you follow a strict route which your upline suggests, which does not fit with your needs could mean you leaving MLM in a short period of time. As you read this article you will learn how to achieve more with a MLM home biz opportunity.

If you are new to business, then a new MLM opportunity can be a challenge. It is like going back to school, but this is practical. We have so much to learn with MLM, and by mastering these topics, we can achieve all we want from a MLM Network Marketing opportunity.

Some of the things you will learn in a top MLM company include such things as sales skills, marketing skills, communication skills which are so vital in sales and in any job which commands six figure incomes.

MLM gives us so much in educating about how to run a successful business. If you have been part of a MLM company and have put in consistent effort for a period of six to twelve months or more; your ability in creating a successful business outside of MLM increases exponentially.

And this is where a problem and solution exists. Your upline though a valuable part of your success can work against you, and not deliberately. For example, if your upline loves going on walks, and posting leaflets, and has achieved great success; and you come along and your upline says try leaflets, but you hate walking. You chances of achieving success are limited with this method. Likewise, if you love the net, but your upline does not love nor either understands how to use the net, can cause you major problems.

It is all about personal preferences, and we can not expect that a MLM plan given by a MLM Network Marketing opportunity will work for us for the long term. Every one has a different style of working their business and prospecting for new MLM leads and customers of your products.

A lot of MLM is learning, and learning from experience. We can only learn how to find the best balance when we have tried and mastered. When we focus on one and work it for a period of time to find the winning method takes time. The MLM plan may work initially to get the ball rolling, however, your long term success in MLM will be determined by you actually crafting your own MLM plan, and this can only be done over time.

If you have been an advocate of self improvement, then this process of creating your own custom MLM plan can work wonders. For one, when you know thyself, then you can go about looking at options which you naturally would feel a love for doing.

MLM plans are great as they help people with no idea on how to go about things, and I had a need for MLM plans provided by the MLM Network Marketing opportunity. However, I found that by continually working on each for a month, mastering one then moving forward helped me immensely. I learnt which worked for me, while I mastered ways which I felt passionate about. In the end, I produced a MLM plan that can be tweaked and works time and time again.

What are the Three Keys to Self-Improvement and Motivation?

Effectively succeed in the most important factors for self improvement and motivation for small business owners. You will accomplish more in less time when you focus on three of the most important factors.
1) INSPIRATION
You need inspiration to keep you motivated and intent on improving yourself. If you are not as interested in your business as you should be, your motivation level will be lower than it can be and you will not be able to sustain interest for long periods.
Take an honest look at your inspiration level. Are you excited about going to work or is it an obligation? Many people choose to go into a business because on paper, it looks profitable, but when they actually go into it, they find it does not interest them.
If you are one of these people, you will grow weary and uninterested quickly because you have no inspiration or passion to sustain you during the difficult times you will encounter as a small business owner.
If you do not like your work, not to worry. There are probably ways that you can re-focus your business to match your interests and thus develop a passion in it, which will help you stay inspired. Think of ways to do this, and if you truly can not, consider making a clean break and starting something new. You might be able to sell it if it is reasonably well established and could turn a profit for someone who is interested in it, so you might be able to recoup some of your investment this way. But do not try to stay with it if you just have no interest and cant turn it into something you can be passionate about, because without inspiration, you will not be motivated to even try self- improvement.
2) SET GOALS
Short and long-term goal setting is vital for any business owner. If you do not set goals, you have no definite purpose and no clear path to take. It is impossible to be motivated if you are not sure about the direction your company is taking.
Take the time to put your goals in writing. A business plan may sound daunting, but it is really nothing more than putting goals, strategies, implementation plans, and a budget in writing. Write your own business plan and update it at least annually.
Include mini-goals that can be accomplished in a matter of hours, days, or weeks. Include more ambitious grand-goals that may take years to complete. Refer to this plan throughout the year.
Can a business plan really help motivate you? Of course! Written goals will make you feel more professional and certainly more connected to your business. It will also free you from having to reinvent your business goals every single day.
3) NETWORKING
Another key factor in getting and staying motivated is to network with other small business owners and collaborate with those who have expertise you dont. You can not possibly know all the information you need to understand every facet of your business, at least not at first. Use expertise of others to build on your own. You will conquer challenges you could not have alone, and you will likely help others do the same.
Networking also helps offset the solitary working conditions many entrepreneurs face as well. In fact, working alone can be one of most difficult parts of being an entrepreneur. You can never truly succeed without the help of others, and you will need to return the favor and offer your own assistance, too. Mutual support is motivating.
Make life easier by connecting with others either within your community or online. Even when businesses are not related, you will often find common ground and ways to work together.
Many successful entrepreneurs report that finding the right networking group was a turning point in the growth of their business. When a networking group works together, it can help its members generate more qualified sales leads, for instance, and solve problems faster and more efficiently.
Sharing ideas, expertise, and experience is also an invaluable aspect of motivation and self-improvement. Your own personal team of business owners will help re-energize you when the burdens of running your own business seem too much.
And with your networking team to rely on, you can accomplish more in less time and probably have more fun in the process!
